Winsor & Newton Griffin Alkyd Fast Drying Oil Colour is great for oil painters who like to paint at speed. Griffin dries in half the time of a traditional oil colour and this means impasto and glazing techniques can be done in a single session. Griffins are also a bit more fluid in consistency than traditional oils and they dry with a somewhat more reflective surface, too.

Permanent Rose is a bright rose violet. It is a transparent quinacridone pigment and was introduced in the Winsor & Newton range in the 1950s.
